Our Approach

We replaced a second floor deck and stairs with a durable custom designed pressure treated deck and stairway. We added a landing so that we could turn the stairs 90 degrees and improve the ability to walk around them and into the backyard. With rugged 6x6 posts and a triple 2x12 beam we are distributing weight directly down and into our footings that we dug below the frostline.
